Cottonwood Heights
Old Mill Builders oversaw the construction of the entire 22 lot subdivision in this beautiful gated community located in Cottonwood heights. Old Mill Builders built and landscaped every home in the community including the public green space and pergola!
We love the river rock stone and wood columns on this 4,000 sq ft home. The custom wood staircase in the interior was no easy task. We used the best guy in the industry to hand carve each wood tread and riser from cherry to match the beautiful wood floors. The end result is stunning!

This is one of our favoirtes. The coloring of the limestone veneer, window frames, and stucco came together perfectly. The waterfall and pond take advantage of the sloped site and compliment the beaurty of the home.
